The 2nd Watlington In Bloom Horticultural Show held on Sunday 29th June was a great success.  The 'feel' of the show was quite different from last year but very pleasant and easy going.  Overall show winner was Ian Naismith. See the photo gallery for a host of pictures including all the first prize rosettes.

The Journey up to Harrogate was traumatic to say the least and we came home in a hire car because we had an accident on the M1 on our way.  The seminar itself was very interesting and enjoyable.  I have lots of advice and ideas to digest and pass on to the team.  Should be an exciting year.  The key message seemed to be not to try to copy others but to keep our own individuality but if possible build on it and enjoy the process.
